This Litefuze LCUS voltage converter works perfect for powering all of my new to me portable stereos. It has a built-in plug adapter socket that easily accepts all kinds of different plugs, including the Type F on my portable stereos, which is a nice feature that saved me from having to buy separate plug adapters.

I have been using this new voltage converter continuously for about an hour a day for several days with no problems at all. That is another nice feature that saves me from the hassle of unplugging it every time just to turn it off.

Keep in mind though that my portable stereos are only rated by the manufacturers to use about 30 - 35 Watts of input power so I am not pushing this voltage converter anywhere near its rated W capacity. Thus, I do not know how well it works when pushed near its power limits.

My converter is barely breaking a sweat so it does not get warm at all. When I read some negative reviews of this unit online, I suspect that many people are trying to draw more power out of than it can provide. All that I know for certain is that I have not experienced any of the problems that those other reviews mentioned.

Overall I am very happy with this unit and it works perfectly for my use. I can now power audio equipment from overseas without any problems.
