The condos are located at East Evergreen, Mesa Arizona. Scott began acting as our HOA president just after the property transitioned from the builder to the owners. Since then he fired our management company and has slowly added rules, increased fines, and consolidated power to himself. He has other folks on the board but they are pretty much useless as they have no real estate experience and are probably getting kick backs or favors by siding with Scott.
In addition to being our board president, he is our property management company, accounting entity, and website server host and compensates himself for each role. Needless to say our property values have plummeted far more than the down economy would suggest.
